A format people already know. We handle the rest.
Trivia nights have been raising money for Australian organisations for years. The format works. What varies is how well the night is run. We handle the entertainment. You run the cause.
Talk to us about your fundraiserTHE FORMAT THAT GIVES PEOPLE A REASON TO OPEN THEIR WALLETS.
Set your entry fee per person. People are used to paying to play trivia at a fundraiser. It feels fair, it scales with your crowd, and every additional ticket is money directly to your cause. Tables fill themselves.
Your sponsors get their name on materials, signage and your programme. Managing those relationships is yours. What we do is deliver a night worth putting their name on. A raffle, prize pool or donation drive runs naturally alongside the game and keeps the energy up all night.
Organisations running an annual trivia fundraiser with PTH find the crowd grows year on year. People talk about the night, bring bigger teams, and start competing before they even arrive. One good first night builds it.
HOW A TRIVIA FUNDRAISER NIGHT RUNS
A pub, club, hall or function space. You set the team price and sell the spots: to members, donors, community supporters, whoever your crowd is. We will help you think through the pricing if you need it.
Multiple rounds across different formats: general knowledge, audio, picture, themed. Our host manages the energy, the scoring, the drama of the final round. Your team focuses entirely on your cause and your crowd.
Entry fees are yours. Sponsor contributions are yours. Whatever extras you added, raffle, auction, donation buckets, are yours. We pack down. You count the total.
WHAT ORGANISERS TELL US
"I spent most of the night actually talking to our supporters because the host had everything under control. People were competing, laughing, and putting money in the raffle without being asked. First time that has happened at one of our events."Fundraiser organiser, Brisbane northside
"We did not know if trivia would work for our crowd. It completely took over the room. People are already asking if we are doing it again next year."Community club treasurer, Moreton Bay
