How does Music Bingo work?
Music Bingo, sometimes called Musical Bingo, works like this: instead of numbers, we play song clips. Each player gets a unique bingo card filled with song titles. When you hear a song on your card, mark it off. Complete whatever formation the host calls. Line, diagonal, full house, or anything in between. Shout BINGO and you've won the round. With 120+ themed rounds in our library, no two nights are ever the same. It's fast, hilarious, and has the whole room singing along whether they planned to or not.
How much does it cost to book Pick The Hit?
Pricing depends on your event type, location, duration and guest numbers. Pub nights, one-off corporate events, and fundraisers are all priced differently. Use the enquiry form below and we'll come back to you with a tailored quote. There's no obligation and no hard sell.
How far do you travel?
We run regular weekly shows across South East Queensland: Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast. For corporate events and fundraisers, we travel Australia-wide. If you're outside these areas, get in touch anyway. We love an adventure and have hosted events in some wild and wonderful locations.
What equipment do you bring?
We are fully self-contained. We bring everything: sound system, microphones, bingo cards, and a music library of thousands of tracks. You supply the prizes: cash, vouchers, or whatever works for your crowd. All we need from you is power and a space. Your host handles everything else on the night.
How far in advance should I book?
For pub nights, a few weeks' notice is usually fine. For corporate events and fundraisers, the sooner you get in touch the better. Peak periods (Christmas parties, EOFY functions, school holidays) book out fast. Plan ahead.
Do you run fundraiser events?
Fundraising is one of our specialities. We've helped Queensland organisations raise over $500,000 for charities and community causes. The format does the work: people come for a great night and give more generously when they are having a good time. Tell us about your cause and we'll build the night around it.
Do you run Trivia Nights as well as Music Bingo?
Yes. Pick The Hit has run professionally hosted Trivia Nights since 2012. Good trivia isn't about who reads the most. It's about everyone knowing something. We write questions across topics and difficulty so every table gets a moment. The one who knows every capital city. The one who knows every 80s power ballad. Do you do hosted Karaoke?
Yes. Pick The Hit runs fully hosted Karaoke. A professional entertainer runs the room from start to finish, not a song queue. They build the energy, work the crowd, and make every performer feel like the main act. We have a library of 60,000+ songs and add around 400 every month.
