It doesn't feel like team building. And it works better because of it.
Nobody arrives at a Music Bingo night dreading it. They arrive, get a bingo card, hear a song they haven't heard in fifteen years, and suddenly they're arguing loudly with a colleague they've never spoken to before. By the end of the night they know each other better than they did before they walked in. We've run this for Coles, Bunnings, Education Queensland and the City of Moreton Bay Council. Groups of any size. Events anywhere in Australia.

The person who dominates every work meeting goes quiet on the round from the decade before they were born. The person who never speaks up in a meeting absolutely cleans up on the 90s pop round. Different music, different winners. Everyone gets a moment.
We've run corporate Music Bingo for small leadership teams of eight and for all-staff events with hundreds of people. The format scales without losing energy. Larger groups play in teams and the competition gets louder.
Tell us your group size, your date, your venue and what you want out of the night. We arrive briefed, set up, run the event from start to finish, and pack down. Your event manager gets to enjoy the night.
A team of graduates in their 20s gets different themes from a mixed-age workforce or an executive group. We pick the rounds based on who is in the room, not a default playlist.
WHERE TEAMS USE IT
Team building days
The one where you need people to mix, not stand in their usual groups and wait for it to finish. Music Bingo puts strangers at the same table competing over the same songs. The mixing happens without anyone having to engineer it.
Team building eventsEnd of year celebrations
End of year events need a format working for the whole room. Music Bingo gives the quiet achiever in accounts the same shot at winning as the loudest person in sales. And the loudest person in sales will respect them more for it.
End of year eventsConferences and off-sites
The session after the keynote when the energy drops and everyone checks their phone. The slot Music Bingo was made for. A 90-minute game between program segments resets the room. People walk back into the afternoon session having won something.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY AFTERWARDS
"I have run a lot of team events and usually someone is unhappy with the choice. Not this time. The competitive ones loved it, the reluctant ones loved it, and on Monday morning three people I had never seen eat lunch together were sitting at the same table. I'll take it."HR coordinator, Brisbane CBD
"We had a wide age range, late 20s to mid-50s, and the host read it perfectly. Different rounds landed for different people and somehow every table had a moment where they thought they had it won. Exactly what you want."Events manager, QLD
