ARE YOU PICK THE HIT HOST MATERIAL?
At Pick the Hit, we expect our hosts to do more than just go through the motions of a typical hosting gig. Instead, we encourage them to put their own unique stamp on their shows. Our ideal hosts are self-assured, but not arrogant. They have a great sense of humor, they’re relatable and friendly, but they remain professional and focused on their duties, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
Our shows typically last for around two hours, and our hosts are required to arrive 30 minutes beforehand to prepare the setup, making it a total commitment of approximately 2.5 hours per show. As a host, you can expect to earn $100 per gig. While a basic level of technical knowledge is necessary for hosting, we will provide you with comprehensive training before your first show, so you can feel confident in your abilities.
